  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
    TO MAKE MY ORDER?

    The turnaround time for an order depends on several factors such as:

    - the number of items in your order

    - the complexity of manufacturing each product (for example: a simple wig is made much faster than a wig with a complex hairstyle and braiding)

    - your position in the queue among all orders. I fulfill all orders exclusively in order of their receipt in my store.

    If it is important for you to know the exact production time, please contact me for clarification of this information before placing an order in my store.

  • WHAT IS
    PRODUCTION SPEED?

    When adding products to the cart, you need to select "production speed"

    This means that the order will be completed within the specified time.

    But I want to note that if the number of items in your order is more than 10, then the production time may be increased. (please check this before placing an order)

  • WHY IS THE PRICE CHANGING WHEN I CHOOSE "PRODUCTION SPEED"?

    If you choose the fastest production time, the price increases by 50-100% of the original cost of the goods. This is due to the fact that in order to complete the order faster, I will have to work overtime to complete it.

  • WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?

    Delivery is available worldwide.

    Delivery is carried out only with the help of the courier service DHL Express. This is the only delivery service in which I am 100% sure. All parcels are delivered on time without delay and damage.

    Exceptions are only for deliveries within Russia, in this case sending by EMS (Russian Post)

  • HOW CAN I PAY?

    I accept PayPal payments.
    This is currently the only payment method.

    The only exceptions are orders from Russia. In this case, payment by card is accepted.

  • WHY CAN'T I PAY FOR THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY
    IN THE CART, AS IT WAS BEFORE?

    I am currently having difficulty adding automatic payment to the site. Therefore, all orders are paid after placing orders by you and my confirmation. After placing an order, you need to manually submit the payment after my confirmation.
